从专利技术角度分析洛阳牡丹产业发展现状

摘 要：本文从专利申请趋势、申请人排名、申请人类型、专利类型及法律状态等专利技术角度，对洛阳牡丹产业发展现状进行分析，并探究了洛阳牡丹种植、切花保鲜、油用牡丹、文创产品和以牡丹为主要原材料的深加工产品（食品、化妆品、保健品等）领域逐年的专利申请情况，最后结合专利申请的统计分析结果提出相关建议。

Abstract： This paper analyzes the development status of Luoyang peony industry from the perspective of patent application trends， applicant rankings， applicant types， patent types and legal status， explores the year-by-year patent applications in the fields of Luoyang peony planting， cut flower preservation， oil peony， cultural and creative products and deep-processed products （food， cosmetics， health products， etc.） with peony as the main raw material， and finally puts forward relevant suggestions based on the statistical analysis results of patent applications.
