燃气工业锅炉缓蚀剂研究进展

摘 要:燃气工业锅炉停用期间的腐蚀与防护一直是业内极为关注的课题。停用锅炉缓蚀剂不仅能够显著降低金属的腐蚀速度,而且使用方便,经济且有效。综述近20年来停用锅炉气相缓蚀剂和液相缓蚀剂的发展与研究进程,展望停用锅炉缓蚀剂的未来发展方向。

Abstract: The corrosion and protection of gas-fired industrial boilers during shutdown has always been one of the topics of great concern to people. Discontinuing boiler slow-release agents can not only significantly reduce the corrosion rate of metals, but also be easy to use, economical and effective. In this paper, the development and research progress of gas phase corrosion inhibitors and liquid phase corrosion inhibitors for decommissioned boilers in recent twenty years are summarized, and the future development direction of corrosion inhibitors for decommissioned boilers is prospected.
