Exploration of project-based teaching reform in the electronic packaging reliability course

Abstract: To enhance the practical application of theoretical knowledge and improve student engagement in the Electronic Packaging Reliability course,this study explores a project-based teaching reform.By restructuring learning objectives,designing idustry-relevant projectcases,and implementing a student-centered,task-driven instructional model,the reform aims to develop students’problem-solving abilitiesand teamwork skils in realworld engineering contexts.The methodology integrates curiculum redesign,project-oriented content organization,and a multidimensional evaluation system.Pilot implementation demonstrates that the project-based approach significantly improves students’hands-on competencies and overall course satisfaction.This reform provides a valuable reference for cultivating skilled professionals in electronic packaging technology and contributes to bridging the gap between academic instruction and industrial demands.
