近10年我国矿产资源节约集约利用水平趋势

摘 要：通过统计分析了近10年生产集中度、劳动生产率、资源开采效率、选矿水平和矿山废弃物综合利用效率等指标，发现我国矿产资源节约集约利用总体水平达到历史高位，这为全面提高资源利用效率、矿业绿色低碳转型做出了应有的贡献。

Trend of Economical and Intensive Utilization of Mineral Resources in China in Recent 10 Years

Abstract： The production concentration， labor productivity， resource exploitation efficiency， beneficiation level and comprehensive utilization efficiency of mine waste in recent 10 years were analyzed  statistically. The results show that the overall level of economical and intensive utilization of mineral resources in China has reached a historical high， which has made contributions to comprehensively improving resource utilization efficiency and green and low-carbon transformation of mining industry.

“十二五”以来，自然资源部制定发布了矿产资源全面节约和高效利用意见，开展了矿产资源开发利用水平调查评估试点和制度探索，先进适用技术遴选推广，“三率”准研建与跟踪评估，绿色矿山和绿色矿业示范区建设、储量标准改革，矿业权勘查开采信息公示等一系列工作，矿产资源节约集约利用管理得到了进一步规范，矿产资源节约集约利用水平得到了进一步提升。（剩余4524字）
