In the Yellow River Basin and the Yangtze River Basin in modern China， the ancient human groups， which scatter like sparks， gradually disperse and converge to form a number of archaeological cultural circles with different features and mutual influences， laying the foundation of the current diversified and integrated Chinese culture. The early civilization， represented by the Songze-Liangzhu Culture in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River， is an outstanding representative of Chinese civilization in this period.
