新时代国有企业基层思想政治工作研究与实践

【摘  要】论文介绍了新时代国有企业基层思想政治工作面临的挑战和重要性，深入分析了当前国有企业基层思想政治工作存在的4个问题，提出了新时代国有企业做好基层思想政治工作的4个具体方法，以期为新时代国有企业高质高效开展基层思想政治工作提供参考。

【Abstract】This paper introduces the challenges and importance of the grassroots ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises in the new era， deeply analyzes the four problems existing in the current grassroots ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises， and puts forward four specific methods for state-owned enterprises to do well the grassroots ideological and political work in the new era， with a view to providing a reference for the high quality and efficient development of the grassroots ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises in the new era.
