浅析零售业人力资源管理现状与对策

【摘  要】当今社会生活方式的不断革新冲击着零售业的发展，零售企业想要在竞争中获得胜利就需要对零售业人力资源的管理有一个清晰的认识。论文探析了零售业人力资源管理的特点，总结了零售业中人力资源管理上现存的几点问题，并提出了几点解决对策。

【Abstract】The continuous innovation of life style in today's society is impacting the development of retail industry， and retail enterprises need to have a clear understanding of human resources management in retail industry if they want to win in the competition. This paper analyzes the characteristics of human resources management in retail industry， summarizes the problems existing in human resources management in retail industry， and puts forward some countermeasures.
