试析我国中小企业绩效管理存在的问题及对策
【摘 要】我国的经济发展主要是由国企和中小企业带动,而绩效管理则是维持企业正常运转的重要组成部分。我国是人口大国,也是发展中国家,所以我国中小企业都如雨后春笋般发展迅速,但是目前的中小企业的绩效管理还存在一些问题,亟待解决。
【Abstract】China's economic development is mainly driven by state-owned enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises, and performance management is an important part of maintaining the normal operation of enterprises. China is a populous country, but also a developing country, so China's small and medium-sized enterprises are springing up like mushrooms, but there are still some problems existing in the performance management of small and medium-sized enterprises, which need to be solved urgently.
