某半潜式平台压载控制系统改造优化设计

摘 要:半潜式钻进平台是海洋油气资源开发的主要装备,国内许多半潜式钻井平台已趋于老龄化,需要根据平台实际情况和客户要求进行升级改造。本文根据公司承接修理的某半潜式钻井平台改造项目,介绍压载控制系统改造优化设计情况。

Abstract: Semi-submersible drilling platform is the main equipment for the development of offshore oil and gas resources, and the domestic semi-submersible drilling platform tends to be aging, it needs to be upgraded according to the actual situation and customer requirements. According to a semi-submersible drilling platform retrofit project undertaken by the company, this paper introduces the design for the optimization of the ballast control system.

该平台的压载系统中,阀门遥控与液位监测系统设备及组件老化严重,频繁出现阀门卡阻、无法遥控、无法开关到位、报警等故障,经船东反复论证,决定进船厂换新。(剩余4293字)
