摘    要：半潜式钻进平台是海洋油气资源开发的主要装备，国内许多半潜式钻井平台已趋于老龄化，需要根据平台实际情况和客户要求进行升级改造。本文根据公司承接修理的某半潜式钻井平台改造项目，介绍压载控制系统改造优化设计情况。

Abstract： Semi-submersible drilling platform is the main equipment for the development of offshore oil and gas resources， and the domestic semi-submersible drilling platform tends to be aging， it needs to be upgraded according to the actual situation and customer requirements. According to a semi-submersible drilling platform retrofit project undertaken by the company， this paper introduces the design for the optimization of the ballast control system.
