Abstract:Theblade castingperformance isanimportant factoraffcting thereliabilityofmechanical equipment.The traditional purification and deburing methodsoften exist solidification organisation coarse and unevencompositionand other problems,failing toachievegood deburringand purification effect.Tothis end,the eddycurrent inductionelectromagneticoscilatorisdesigned.Thefiniteelement simulationverificationmethodis used to calculateandanalyse the electromagnetic distribution insidetheoscilator,and its main influence parameters areexplored.Theresultsshowthattheelectromagnetic distributionoftheelectromagneticoscilator isinline with thecharacteristicsofeddycurentdistribution.Thedesignedcoilisin linewiththerelevanttechnical standards.The pulse power supply voltage,duty cycleand winding connection changes will havean impact on the internal field distribution.The research can provide technical support for the design andoptimization of eddy current induction electromagnetic oscillator.
