Design of High Power Density Radiation-Hardened POL Power Supply

Abstract:In viewof the increasing integration of spacesystemsand the demandof larger integratedcircuits for highpower density and miniaturized radiation-hardened point of load(POL)power suply,a design scheme for the high power density dual-circuit radiation-hardened POL power supplyis proposed.The circuit design, components selection,structural and technological design are described separately.Through simulations aualysis, analog experiments,sample testing and evaluation tests,the ratioualityof the design is verified.The power density of radiation-hardenedPOL power supplysignificantly exceeds thatof traditional power supply.In the caseof the limited areaof the single machineand the integration in spacesystem,itcan providea miniaturizedand lightweight high-power radiation-hardened POL power supply platform.

0 引言

随着航天设计集成度的日益提高,更大规模集成电路,如FPGAVirtex7系列、160 Gflops浮点处理能力的多核DSP、10Gbps以上传输带宽的并串转换收发芯片、高速高带宽A/D等被广泛应用于航天领域,迫切需求高功率密度抗辐射负载点(POL)电源的[2]。(剩余5897字)
