Abstract: There are few reports on the design method for downhole stick-slip vibration adaptive prevention and control tool,andthe keyparameter design modelsand methodsare not yet perfect.Inthis paper,based on the coupling equationof axial and circumferential vibration dynamicsof dril string system,the dynamic time-domain characteristicsof torqueonbitand weightonbit inthe processofdrillingstick-slip vibration were simulatedand characterized.The principleand methodof actively adjusting thecuting depthofbit andreleasing thetorque ofdrillstring system were proposed.A scheme of downhole adaptive stick-slip vibration control tool was innovatively formed.A design methodforcompositedisc spring system,efective stroke andultimate loadof theadaptive stick-slip vibration controltol wasbuilt,andtesting verification was cariedout.Theresearch results show thatthedownholecontrol toolscheme of real-time adjustmentof weightand torque on bit avoids theshortcomings of the method ofcontrolling stick-slip vibration byadjusting drilling parameters on the ground;and theaccuracy of the design method for the composite disc spring system, effective stroke and ultimate load of the tool is more than 92. 1% . The research conclusions provide atheoretical reference forthedevelopment ofdrilling stick-slip vibration downholecontrol tool.
