参与式档案管理研究：脉络与动向

摘 要：通过梳理国内外相关文献，厘清参与式档案管理的研究脉络，从参与式档案管理评估和参与式档案管理主体两个层面总结参与式档案管理的前沿动向，提出未来该领域值得关注和研究的重点问题：激发多元主体的参与动力、探索参与式档案管理的多元路径、重视参与式档案管理的效果评估、重新审视档案工作者的职业定位。

Research on Participatory Archiving： Research Foci and Future Trends

Abstract： This paper clarifies the research development venation of participatory archiving by analyzing the domestic and foreign literature， summarizes the latest research trends of participatory archiving from two levels： the effect evaluation of participatory archiving， the subject of participatory archiving， and puts forward some key issues in this field， including arousing the enthusiasm of multi-subjects， exploring the multi-path of participatory archiving， paying attention to the evaluation of participatory archiving and reexamining the career orientation of archivists.
