摘 要：档案服务外包项目监理模型是《档案服务外包项目监理工作规范》的核心。基于对《建设工程监理规范》和《信息化工程监理规范》以及《档案服务外包工作规范》的分析，建构了一个档案服务外包项目监理模型，并具体指明了模型中各要素的关系和意义。

Abstract：The archival service outsourcing project supervision model is the core of this Standards. Based on the analysis of The Code of Construction Project Management， Information System Project Surveillance Specification and Specifications on the Work of Archives Service Outsourcing， this paper constructs an archival service outsourcing project supervision model， and specifically points out the relationship and significance of each element in the model.
