数智时代档案资源开发利用的创新实践考察与展望

摘  要：档案资源的利用是档案管理工作的价值体现。数智是数字化基础上智能应用的简称。数智时代档案资源开发利用创新实践，具有多平台、多门类、多介质，跨区域、跨层级、跨行业、跨专业、跨学科，穿越时代的“三多五跨一穿越”特征。正朝着多主体、大档案、全周期、深融合、多套异质的方向发展。

Abstract： The utilization of archives resources is the embodiment of the value of archives management. Digital intelligence is the abbreviation of intelligent application based on digitalization. The innovative practice of the development and utilization of archive resources in the digital intelligence era is characterized by multi platforms， multi categories， multimedia， cross regions， cross levels， cross industries， cross disciplines， and cross times. It is developing in the direction of multiple subjects， large archives， full cycle， deep integration and multiple sets of heterogeneity.
