国产手术机器人辅助下McKeown食管癌切除术：海南省首例报道（附手术视频）

摘 要 海南医科大学第二附属医院胸外科于2024年5月21使用国产精锋®手术机器人系统完成颈胸腹三切口食管癌根治手术1例，整个手术过程耗时约320 min，其中机器人手术系统的对接时间大约为20 min，出血量50 mL，未见术后并发症发生。

Domestic robot-assisted McKeown esophagectomy for esophageal cancer： the first case reported in Hainan Province （with surgical video）

Abstract A case of cervico-thoraco-abdominal triple-incision radical esophageal cancer surgery was performed in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University using the domestic Jingfeng® Surgical Robot System on May 21， 2024. The surgical procedure lasted for a total time of about 320 min， of which the docking time of the robotic surgical system was about 20 min， with the amount of bleeding of 50 mL， and no postoperative complications were found.
