恶性梗阻性黄疸1例行密闭式胆汁回输的护理

【摘要】  总结1例恶性梗阻性黄疸患者行胆汁回输的护理。护理要点包括胆汁回输流程、胆汁回输注意事项、并发症的护理、心理护理等。患者进行了为期1周的胆汁回输以进行营养支持，各项生化指标明显好转，皮肤黄染减轻、大便颜色转黄。

【Abstract】  To summarize the nursing of bile reinfusion in a patient with malignant obstructive jaundice. Key points of care include： bile reinfusion process， precautions for bile reinfusion， nursing of complications and psychological nursing. After a week of bile reinfusion for nutritional support， the biochemical indexes were significantly improved， the skin yellowing was reduced， and the stool color turned yellow.
