浅析体检总检工作中的风险防控

【摘要】  为了防范在大批量体检中漏诊和误诊的风险，总检把关至关重要。把好系统性的分析关、复杂性的甄别关、准确性的核对关和紧急时的质量关，做到各个体检环节的无缝衔接，进而形成在体检工作运行中由总检正向带动和疑点反馈纠错的机制，促进整个体检精准度的提高，有效地防止和化解漏诊和误诊风险。

【Abstract】  Checks in the main inspection are essential to prevention of and control on the risks of misdiagnosis and omitted diagnosis.The checks on the analysis of systemic property，differentiation concerning complexities，verification of correctness，and quality in emergency could seamlessly connect the steps in medical examination，hence the formation of a mechanism in which the main inspection mainly made diagnosis and feedbacks on doubts played a role of error correction.The mechanism would enhance the precision of medical examination，prevent and control risks of misdiagnosis and omitted diagnosis more effectively.

在十年的体检总检工作中，我们对几万人次体检者进行总检，深深地感受到如何在总检工作中精心精准地加强风险防控，事关体检全程质量、参检人员健康质量、医患关系质量、参检单位的建设发展，所以至关重要。（剩余6954字）
