我国出版公共服务社会化探索
[摘 要] 基于对出版公共服务的供需主体、价值关系、对接关系的分析,本文提出建立主体之间的协同关系,形成出版公共服务多元治理结构、完善出版公共服务合作供给模式,推动政府主导与市场化运作相结合、健全出版公共服务社会化保障机制,促进供需关系的良好运转等具体路径,以实现我国出版公共服务社会化探索。

Study on the Socialization of Publishing Public Services in China

[Abstract] Based on the analysis of the supply and demand entities, value relationships, and coordination connections in publishing public services, this paper proposes the establishment of collaborative relationships among entities. It advocates for the formation of a diverse governance structure for publishing public services and the enhancement of cooperative supply models for publishing public services. The paper aims to promote a combination of government leadership and market-oriented operations, and to strengthen the societal security mechanism for publishing public services. It suggests specific pathways to facilitate the smooth operation of supply and demand relationships, with the ultimate goal of advancing the exploration of the socialization of public services in the field of publishing in China.
