从培训范式到发展范式:我国编辑继续教育的范式变革及其实现路径

[摘 要] 以范式变革为编辑继续教育改革创新的突破口,从培训范式走向发展范式,以实现我国编辑继续教育的高质量发展。为实现编辑继续教育的范式变革,应重构我国编辑继续教育的体系和机制,实现价值取向、发展目标、培训理念、政策制定、培训模式、培训实务等路径的多维转换。

From Training Paradigm to Development Paradigm: The Paradigm Transformation of Editors’ Continuing Education and Its Implementation Path in China

[Abstract] Taking paradigm transformation as the gap for reform and innovation, the move from training paradigm to development paradigm should become the main theme of the future development of editors’ continuing education in China. In order to realize the paradigm transformation, the system and mechanism of editors’ continuing education in China should be reconstructed, and multi-dimensional transformations should be realized on multiple paths such as the orientation of values, development goals, and training notions, with the purpose of the implementation of the continuing education for the future.

2010年11月颁布并于2011年1月1日开始实施的《出版专业技术人员继续教育暂行规定》,是我国关于编辑继续教育[1]的第一部专项政策法规,由此拉开了我国编辑队伍全员继续教育的序幕。(剩余8436字)
