Study on wear law of 6O N rail based on UM-Ansys-MATLAB co-simulation

Abstract: Using UM-Ansys-MATLAB co-simulation technology,a 60N new performance rail wear prediction model is established. Influence of operational parameters and track structural parameters on the wear behavior of 6O N new performance rails is analyzed and compared with the U75V60kg/m rails. The recommended values of optimal track parameters are proposed. The simulation results indicate that 60N new performance rails in small radius curves can extend the rail service life of heavy haul railway by approximately 50% ,when the optimal rail cantis 1:20 ,the gauge width is 2mm ,and curve superelevation setting is 15% :
