Abstract: To study the effct of rotor static eccentricity on the NVH performance of an electric drive assembly,an elastic multi-body dynamic model of a certain electric drive assembly is built,and the vibration velocity of the shellsurface is computed,which is in good agreement with the test results.The electromagnetic excitation loads generated by diffrent static eccentricities of the rotor is apply to the dynamic model to evaluate the impact of rotor eccentricity on the dynamics and NVH performance of the electric drive assembly. The results show that the rotor eccentricity not only changes the dynamic performance of the motor itself, but also afects the dynamic behavior and NVH performance of the entire electric drive assembly;with the increase of eccentricity,the load on the rotor bearing and the left end bearing of the input shaft of the reducer deteriorates significantly,and the transmission errr of the gear and the load distribution factor of the tooth surface increase,which means that the meshing state of the gear deteriorates.
