集成式制动系统踏板感觉仿真分析

【摘要】针对集成式制动控制(IBC)系统,基于AMESim建立制动主缸、踏板感觉模拟器等部件的动力学模型,进行全功能下的踏板感觉仿真分析及关键参数的敏感度分析,获得了IBC系统的模拟器缸径、主缸弹簧刚度、模拟器弹簧刚度和弹簧间隙等部件参数对踏板感觉的影响。

【Abstract】Dynamic simulation model of IBC (Integrated Brake Control) of master cylinder, pedal simulator and other components was established based on AMESim, the pedal feel simulation analysis and the sensitivity analysis of key parameters under full functionality were carried out, and the influence of IBC’s simulator piston diameter, master cylinder spring stiffness, simulator spring stiffness and spring clearance and other component parameters on the pedal feel was analyzed.
