Contemporary research has elucidated that the pathogenesis of migraine isassociatedwith neurogenic inflammation， oxidative stress，and energy metabolismdysregulation.Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）and itsherbal formulations exert therapeutic efects in preventing and treating migraine through anti-inflammatory，antioxidant，and energy metabolism regulatory pathways.This article systematicallyreviews the current research progresson the pathogenesis of migraineand the underlying mechanisms of TCM interventions，aiming to provide novel therapeutic insights for the management of migrainewith TCM.
