Studyon Prevention and Treatment of Depressive Disorder by Diferent Chinese Herbal Compounds from Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation

Abstract:Depression isamentaldisease thatseriouslyendangers human health,with many pathogenic factorsand complexpathological mechanisms.The treatment of depressivedisorderswith Chinese herbal compoundshas the characteristicsof multi-component,multi-targetand individualised treatment.According to the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation and classification,depression can be divided into six types:liver depression and qi stagnation type,liver depression and spleen deficiency type,stagnated liver qi transforming in to fire type,heart-spleen deficiency type,incoordination between heartand kidney type and kidney deficiency liver depression type.Basedon theabove syndrome differentiationand clasification,thisarticle systematicallycollated the relevant Chinese herbal compounds forthe treatmentof depression inthe past decade,and systematically elaborated themfrom both pharmacological and clinical studies.The TCM prescriptionscan exert antidepressant effects by regulating inflammatory factors,neurotransmiters,neuroplasticity,signaling pathways,HPA axisand other pathways,and have shown ideal therapeutic effects in clinical applications.

抑郁症又称抑郁障碍(Depressivedisorder,DD),是全球发病率最高的精神疾病之一,临床主要表现为心境低落、情绪障碍、兴趣缺失、焦虑、失眠等症状,严重者会出现自杀倾向。(剩余17201字)
