ABSTRACTObjectiveTo investigate the effcacy and safety of regadenoson stress echocardiography in the examinationofcoronarybloodflow.MethodsAtotalof44patients withsuspectedcoronaryarterydiseasewhounderwentstress echocardiographyinourhospitalwereselectedandrandomlydividedintoanobservationgroup(eceivingregadenosonnjection） andacontrolgroup(receivingadenosineinjection）,with22patientsinachgroup.Thediferencesofheartrate,meaarterial presure,respiratoryrate,oxygensaturation,coronarydiastolicflowvelocity,and mean blodflowvelocityatbaselineandpeak stages,as wellastime topeak drug efect,durationof actioninvivo,ndtimetosymptomresolutionafteradministration were compared.The incidenceofadversereactions betweenthetwogroups wasobserved.Taking coronaryangiographyasthegold standard，thesensitivity，specificity，andaccuracyofregadenosonstressechocardiographyandadenosinestress echocardiographyindetecting coronaryarteryflow werecalculatedandcompared.ResultsThere were statisticalysignificant diferences in heartrate,meanarterialpressure,respiratoryrate,oxygensaturationatbaselineand peak stages between he observationgroupandthecontrolgroup.Intheobservationgroup,thetimetopeakdrugeffectandthetimetosymptomresolution werebothshorterthanthoseinthecontrol group，whilethedurationofactioninviowaslongerthanthatinthecontrolgroup, with statistically significant differences(all P
