ABSTRACTObjectiveTosummarize the clinical，pathologicalandultrasonographic features of adrenal lymphoma （AL）.MethodsTheclinical，pathologicalandultrasonographicfeaturesof15patients withALconfirmedbypathologywere analyzed retrospectively.ResultsThe average age of 15 AL patientswas （63.7±10.9）years，6 patientswere bilateral involved and9 patients wereunilateral involved.12casesweredifuselargeB-cellymphoma，1case wasperipheralT-cellyphoma， 1casewasextranodalNK/T-cellymphoma，and1casewasHodgkin’slymphoma.Totall21lesionswere identified，the maximum diameter of the lesions ranged from 4.4 to 16.8cm ，with a mean of （9.0±3.2）cm.On ultrasonography，20 lesions （ 95.2% ）appeared as hypoechoic solid masses，and 19 lesions （90.5% ）exhibited heterogeneous echogenicitywith linearor reticular hyperechoic septa.12lesions（ 57.1% ）had indistinct margins，15 lesions（71.4 % ）were irregular in shape，and11 lesions 0 52.4% ）showed no invasion into adjacent organs.13 lesions （61.9% ）demonstrated minimal vascularity.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound（CEUS）wasperformedon8lesions，allof which displayedrapidearly-phase enhancement with homogeneous contrastfillingandnonon-enhancedareas.ConclusionALpredominantlyoccurs in elderlypatients，and presents withlarge lesions.The pathological results mostlydiagnosedasdifuse largeB-cellymphoma pathologically，withultrasoundfindings exhibiting acertain characteristic features.
