AbstractIn recent years，the incidence and mortality rates of gastrointestinal tumors have been continuously increasingworldwide.The treatmentandprognosisof gastrointestinal tumorsarecloselyrelated tothedepthof tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis.Therefore，earlyand accurate tumor staging is of critical importance.However，the diagnosticaccuracyof endoscopicultrasonography （EUS）inassessing thedepth of tumor invasionremainscontroversial. Thisarticlereviewedtheapplication valueand influencing factorsofEUS in staging earlyuppergastrointestinal tumors， aiming to provide useful references for clinical practice.
