AbstractDigestive enzyme supplements are commonly used in the treatment dyspepsia in clinical practice and at home.At present，multipleover-the-counterand prescription digestive enzyme supplementsare availablein China，anda certainamountclinical evidence and practical experience have ben accumulated.Inorder to improve the knowledge clinicians andthepublicondigestiveenzymesupplementsand promoterational drug use，theFunctional Gastrointestinal DiseaseGroupChinese Society ，Chinese Medical Associationorganized experts inrelevantfields to develop an expert consensus on clinical and homeuse digestive enzyme supplements basedon the latest research evidence and clinical practice in China.Thisconsensus consists13statements，coveringthepathological mechanismand commoncausesdyspepsiarelated to digestiveenzymedeficiency，patients’self-diagnosisand treatment evaluation， precautions for home use，and therapeutic choice digestive enzyme supplements.
