AbstractTheaimofthispaperistointerpret theclinical practiceguidelinesonchildhoodeosinophilic gastrointestinal disordersbeyondeosinophilicesophagitis （non-EoEEGID），jointlydevelopedbytheEuropean Societyfor Paediatric Gastroenterology，Hepatologyand Nutritionand theNorth American Societyfor Pediatric Gastroenterology， Hepatologyand Nutrition.The guidelines provide new standards for the diagnosis and treatment of non-EoE EGID.They includedetailedexplanationsondisease clasification，diagnosticand therapeuticchallenges，epidemiology，etiological mechanisms，symptoms，endoscopicand imaging examinations，othertests，diferentialdiagnosis，and treatmentstrategies. Thepaper explores the importanceofcomprehensiveassessment inchildren with non-EoEEGID.Improvementsuggestions are proposed，suchasdevelopingsymptomassessmenttools，conducting stdiesonimpactofthediseaseonqualityof life， standardizingeosinophildensityreporting，refiningdiagnosticcriteria，andformulatingspecifictreatmentguidelines.These measures aim toenhance the diagnostic and therapeutic acuracy for non-EoEEGID inpediatricsand improve the clinical management of affected children.
