AbstractAnti-refluxradiofrequency therapy isawidelyusedendoscopic treatment for gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD）.Ithasbeencariedoutinmanycenters in Chinaandhasachieved similarclinical efficacytothatof foreign centers，with unique practical experience.From December 20 to April 2024，theExpert Collborative Groupon Radiofrequency Therapy for Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease，Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Branch of China International ExchangeandPromotiveAssociation forMedicaland Health Caregathered together26endoscopistsfrom22 centers in China tosummarize and standardizeanti-reflux radiofrequencytherapy.This expertrecommendation includes 9 itemswith 58 statementsinvolvedsurgical indications，contraindications，basicworkingconditionsandrequirements， preoperativepreparation，preoperativeGERDevaluationsurgical procedureandtchnical skills，postoperative maagement， complications and prevention，and treatment effectiveness.
