空调系统风平衡调试技术研究

【摘 要】:针对基准风口法在空调系统分平衡调试工作中的局限性,以基准风口法为基础总结了一套实用的现场调试方法“风量调节法”,即从超设计风量的风口调起,依次调到风量最小的风口,如此循环反复,直至每个风口都达到设计值;有效地降低了风管系统阻力,提高了调试工作成功率。

Research on Wind Balance Debugging Technology for Air Conditioning Systems

【Abstract】:Aiming at the limitations of the benchmark air outlet method in wind balancedebugging workof air-conditioning system,based on the benchmark air outlet method, the paper has summarized a set of applicable on-site debugging methods called "air volume adjustment method". That is, starting from the air outlet that exceeds the design air volume, adjusting it sequentially to the air outlet with the minimum air volume, and repeating this cycle until each air outlet reaches the design value. It can effectively reduce the resistance of the air duct system and improve the success rate of debugging work.

通风空调系统施工完毕后、正式运行前,要通过测试对系统各分支管的风量进行调整[1],使各风口按照设计风量送风,以保证房间的温湿度和工作区风速满足要求。(剩余3332字)
