【摘    要】：为了解交通标志板产品质量水平，提高产品质量，对交通标志板产品质量进行抽查，针对抽样基数和数量、产品标志、外观质量缺陷、板面不平度、板面拼接缝、结构尺寸和标志面光度性能等检查项目，探讨注意事项与改进方式。

Understanding and Thinking of the Supervision and Sampling Inspection of

Traffic Sign Plate Product Quality

【Abstract】：In order to understand thequality of traffic signsproducts and improve quality，this paper inspectstraffic sign plate product quality， and discusses the matters needing attention and improvement methods for the inspection items such as sampling base and quantity， product marking， appearance quality defects， the planeness of plate， the joint of plate， structural dimension and photometric characteristics of sign plateand the matters needing attention andimproving methods.

交通标志对交通安全非常重要，它能够起到警示、预告等重要作用[1]，是传递规范化信息、服务疏导交通的重要设施，对提高公路通行能力、改善车流行驶条件都具有十分重要的作用。（剩余4059字）
