金属连接件对保温与结构一体化墙体热工性能影响实验研究及模拟验证

Abstract:Inordertoverifytheaccuracyandreliabilityofusingthemethodofsimulationcalculationtostudytheinfluenceofmetal conectorsonalpfoanceofthalisoadrucalitegatioallhexpimentalwallifstdecding totheprotectiehotboxmethodstipulatedin"DeterinatioandCalibrationofTeralIsulationSteadyStateHeatTransferProertis andProtectivehotboxMethod"(GB/T13475—2O21).experimentalsudyisariedoutonthree,sixandnineinsulationandstructural integratiowallsithncoedetaloectoroneexpeetalplatfoandteasudhatrsferofcntsofese obtained.ThenAirpakcomputationalfluiddynamicssoftwareisusedtoestablishthesamethreegroupsofmodelsastheexpermntal study,andsetthesamehotchamberandcoldchambertemperatureconditions,respectively,tocalculatetheirheattransfer coeficients.Finaly,themeasuredresultsarecomparedwiththesimulatedones.Theresultsshowthattheaveragerelativeerorsof insulation and structural integration wall are 4.92% , 4.69% and 3.96% respectively when the number of anchored metal connectors is 3,6 and9,and the simulation errors are all within 5% ,which meet the requirements of engineering calculation.
