Abstract:Aimingattheproblemthatitisdificulttoobtaintheriskindexofsouringdisaster,thelowaccuracyofscouringrisk assessmentandthehighriskofsudencollpseofbridge infrastructure,afuzzevaluationmethodofscouringrisbasedonGA-WNNis proposed.Thelocalsouring mechanismofbridgeinfrastructureisaalyzd,andthesouringriskevauationindexsystem iscostructed byusingGA-WNNnetwork.Throughthedimensiolessprocessingofscouringriskevaluationidexdata,theweightoffuzyevaluation indexiscalculated;Thescouriskindexisusedtoreflectthedegreeofscourrisk.CombinedwithGA-WNNnetwork,themaximum characteristicrotofthecheckmatrixisusedtocalculatetherandomconsistencyratio,andthefuzzevaluationalgoritofsourriskis designed.The results of example analysis show that therelative error can be controlld within 2% when evaluating the scouring risk,and the evaluation accuracy is greatly improved.
