Abstract：Aimingattheproblemthatitisdificulttoobtaintheriskindexofsouringdisaster，thelowaccuracyofscouringrisk assessmentandthehighriskofsudencollpseofbridge infrastructure，afuzzevaluationmethodofscouringrisbasedonGA-WNNis proposed.Thelocalsouring mechanismofbridgeinfrastructureisaalyzd，andthesouringriskevauationindexsystem iscostructed byusingGA-WNNnetwork.Throughthedimensiolessprocessingofscouringriskevaluationidexdata，theweightoffuzyevaluation indexiscalculated；Thescouriskindexisusedtoreflectthedegreeofscourrisk.CombinedwithGA-WNNnetwork，themaximum characteristicrotofthecheckmatrixisusedtocalculatetherandomconsistencyratio，andthefuzzevaluationalgoritofsourriskis designed.The results of example analysis show that therelative error can be controlld within 2% when evaluating the scouring risk，and the evaluation accuracy is greatly improved.
