Abstract:Increasingtheticnessofteisulationlyerofthesructuralinsulationintegatedwallremovabletmplateanalegr energysavingtargets,however,afterincreasingthethicknessoftheinsulationlyer,theexistingconectorsannotwlltthe anchoringrequirements.Thispaperproposestheconnectorsaplicabletothethickerinsulationlayerfreetemplate,analyzesits connectionperformance,takestheactualprojectasaresearchcase,replacesthecoectorsinthethickenedwallwiththeiproved connectorsthroughANSYS,andanalyzestheintegratedwall,theintegralityofthethickenedfreetemplate,andtheimproved connectorsownforceanddformatio.Aftercalculatingtesultsofteaalysis,teintegatedalloverallanchoragecompadwithte improvementoftheformerefectisobvious,nodemolitiontemplateandcast-in-placewallcoordinateddeformation,improved connectorstoimprovethepartininewithtelawofore,wearoutthebackoftedemolitio-freetemplatestresconcentratiowillot causedamagetothetemplate,thewindpressureincreasesinthecaseoftheanchoringefectistterthantheordinarycoctos.The conectionperformanceof thestructural thermalinsulationintegratedwallthickeningandnon-removalformworkisbetter.
