昭通市竹笋加工业发展现状及对策分析

摘要  对当前昭通市竹笋制品加工业的现状及存在的问题进行分析，结合实际，提出推动昭通市竹笋加工业持续健康发展的对策及建议，包括加大企业引进和培育力度，加快鲜笋杀青保鲜体系建设，建立完善利益联结机制，加强竹产区基础设施建设，着力搭建科研平台，加大政策支持力度。

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Bamboo Shoot Processing Industry in Zhaotong

Abstract  This article describes the current situation and problems of bamboo shoot processing industry in Zhaotong， measures were put forward to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the bamboo industry in Zhaotong， to consolidate and enhance the effectiveness of the poverty alleviation industry and to increase farmers' income， including increasing the introduction and cultivation of enterprises， accelerating the construction of the fresh shoot killing and preservation system， establishing and improving the mechanism of interest linkage， strengthening the infrastructure construction of bamboo production areas， focusing on building scientific research platforms， and increasing policy support.
