创新视角下南通市高素质农民培育途径研究

摘要 分析比较国内外高素质农民培育的发展成效与举措，总结南通市高素质农民培育的经验做法，剖析存在不足的原因，结合南通市农业产业发展需求，从教育培训、跟踪指导、政策扶持、体系建设等环节提出适合南通市实际的、具有较高理论研究坐标和较强实践指导意义的高素质农民培育途径。

AbstractAnalyze and compare the development achievements and measures of cultivating high-quality farmers at home and abroad， summarize the experiences and practices of cultivating high-quality farmers in Nantong City， analyze the reasons for the shortcomings， and combine the development needs of Nantong’s agricultural industry to propose high-quality farmers cultivation approaches suitable for Nantong’s actual situation， with higher theoretical research coordinates and strong practical guidance significance from aspects of education and training， tracking guidance， policy support， system construction， and other aspects.
