基于“三创”视域下的植物组织培养实训教学改革探究
摘要 培养具有“三创”思维和能力的高素质技术技能型人才是当前各高等职业院校追求的全新人才培养模式。本文结合植物组织培养实训教学特点和行业发展态势,从实训教学体系、实践技能训练、实训教学条件、师资队伍建设、创业实践活动等方面进行了改革探索,调动学生自主学习的积极性,提升创新创业人才培养质量。

Exploring the reform of plant tissue culture practical teaching based on the perspective of "three innovations"

Abstract Training high-quality technical and technical talents with "three creative" thinking and ability is a new talent training mode pursued by various higher vocational colleges. Combined with the characteristics of practical teaching of plant tissue culture and the development trend of the industry, this paper explores the reform from the aspects of practical teaching system, practical skills training, practical teaching conditions, teacher team construction, entrepreneurial practice activities, etc., so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of students for independent learning and improve the training quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
