亚硝酸盐对鲆鲽类急性毒性影响研究进展

摘要 亚硝酸盐是水生环境常见污染物,对水生生物具有毒性。鲆鲽类在国内外的水产养殖中占有重要地位,被广泛集约化养殖。本文总结了亚硝酸盐的来源、毒性机理以及其对水产养殖生物的危害,综述了硝酸盐对鲆鲽类组织器官、应激反应、生理功能、免疫应答以及细胞凋亡方面的影响。

Abstract Nitrite is a common pollutant in aquatic environment, which is also toxic to aquatic organisms. Flounder plays an important role in aquaculture at home and abroad and is widely cultivated intensively. In this paper, the source, toxicity mechanism and toxicity influencing factors of nitrite to aquaculture were reviewed. This paper also discussed the effects of nitrate on tissues and organs, stress response, physiological function, immune response and cell apoptosis of flounder.
