在煤化工生产流程中,热能密集环节普遍依赖多类换热装置维持热平衡与工艺稳定,在原料气体净化、反应产物冷凝、焦油分离等单元,换热设备长期运行于高压、高温、强腐蚀与高污堵复合作用环境,换热效率波动与设备服役衰减问题频繁暴露,影响系统能耗控制与连续运行节奏[1]。(剩余3986字)
