我国职业教育“走出去”的法治保障研究

摘 要：在“一带一路”的倡议下，我国企业“走出去”呼唤职业教育“走出去”。经过十多年的实践探索，职业教育“走出去”取得了丰硕成果，但存在着缺乏法治保障的问题。通过探析职业教育“走出去”涉及的法律风险，在习近平法治思想的引领下，找到破解之法，以期对职业教育“走出去”有所启发。

Abstract：Under the “Belt and Road” initiative，the global expansion of Chinese enterprises calls for the “going global” of vocational education.After more than a decade of practical exploration，this movement has achieved significant results，but faces challenges due to a lack of legal protection.This study analyzes the legal risks involved in the global expansion of vocational education and seeks solutions under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s legal philosophy，hoping to inspire further development in the “going global” initiative of vocational education.
