真空断路器触头材料的组织与性能研究

[摘 要]真空断路器的核心部件是真空灭弧室，灭弧室需要有良好的开断和灭弧能力。所以，其内部的触头材料就要有优良的高强度和高导电率的性能。文章主要对CuCrZrMg合金触头材料进行组织与性能的研究，通过优化热处理和冷加工工艺，研究触头材料的显微组织和性能，提出一种可以提高触头材料性能的处理工艺。

Investigation on Microstructure and Properties of the Contact Material of Vacuum Circuit Breaker

[Abstract]The core component of vacuum circuit breaker is vacuum arc extinguishing chamber， which needs good breaking and arc extinguishing ability. Therefore， the internal contact material must have excellent performance of high strength and high conductivity. In this paper， the microstructure and properties of CuCrZrMg alloy contact material are studied. The microstructure and properties of the contact material are studied by optimizing the heat treatment and cold processing technology， and a preparation and processing technology that can improve the properties of the contact material is proposed.
