[摘 要]对于350 MW超临界循环流化床(CFB)锅炉调试过程中点火启动出现的问题,根据问题产生原因,提出了调整点火风道结构、适当地减少启动床厚度、控制锅炉总风量等相关对策。

[Abstract]For the ignition and start-up problems of the first 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler developed in the world, according to the causes of the problems, relevant countermeasures were put forward, such as adjusting the ignition air duct structure, appropriately reducing the thickness of the starting bed, and controlling the total air volume of the boiler.
