摘 要:介绍钢板桩矫直机变形缺陷形貌,通过对矫直机变形的研究;对矫直机压下量进行优化,对矫直机辊片宽度进行优化,对钢板桩与矫直机对中与矫入速度进行优化。从而将缺陷加以解决。

Abstract:The deformation defect morphology of steel sheet pile straightener is introduced, and the deformation of the straightener is studied. The reduction of the straightener, the width of the straightener roll, and the speed of steel sheet pile and straightener alignment and straightener alignment are optimized. So the defects can be solved.
