三次样条函数在ISO 10425中钢丝绳“非标”最小破断拉力的插值应用

摘 要:在直径为60mm~264mm钢丝绳的最小破断拉力计算的基础上,介绍插值计算的基础知识并解释三次样条函数的力学背景。以标准6×19S-FC钢丝绳最小破断拉力为例,建立了钢丝绳最小破断拉力与直径的三次样条函数,并对插值结果进行解释;为非标钢丝绳的最小破断拉力的理论计算提供新思路。

Abstract:Based on the calculation of the minimum breaking force of wire ropes with diameters ranging from 60 mm to 264 mm,the paper introduces the basic knowledge of interpolation and explains the mechanical background of cubic spline functions. Taking the minimum breaking force of standard 6×19S-FC ropes as an example, a cubic spline function between the minimum breaking force and the diameter of the wire rope is established, and the interpolation results are interpreted; providing new approach for the theoretical calculation of the minimum breaking force of non-standard wire ropes.
