乡村振兴背景下基层干部思政教育探索与构建

摘  要：乡村振兴是新时代下党与国家的重大战略部署。乡村振兴，思政引领，干部为先。作为振兴乡村的中坚力量，广大基层青年干部的思想素养直接决定该项战略的顺利推进，关系到最终目标的实现。该文从“三思”——思政教育、生活思政和课程思政入手，探索乡村振兴下基层村干部思政的构建，助力乡村振兴。

Abstract： Rural revitalization is a major strategic plan of the Party and the state in the new era. Rural revitalization， ideological and political guidance， cadres first. As the backbone of revitalizing the countryside， the ideological literacy of the broad masses of grass-roots young cadres directly determines the smooth progress of the strategy and is related to the realization of the ultimate goal. This paper starts with "Three Aspects of Ideological and Political Education"， i.e.ideological and political education in thinking， in personal life and in all courses and explores ways of the ideological and political construction for grass-roots village cadres under rural revitalization， so as to facilitate rural revitalization.
