农村留守妇女参与乡村治理的多重价值与实现路径

摘  要：推进农村留守妇女参与乡村治理是实现乡村振兴的必然要求。城镇化与工业化的迅速发展带来农业女性化现象，致使广大农村留守妇女逐步成长为推动农村经济发展的中坚力量，提升她们综合素质，解决后顾之忧，建立健全相关保障制度，充分发挥其参与乡村治理的主体力量，成为乡村振兴的重要保障。

Abstract： Promoting the participation of rural left-behind women in rural governance is an inevitable requirement for the realization of rural revitalization. The rapid development of urbanization and industrialization has brought the phenomenon of agricultural feminization， which has caused the vast number of rural left-behind women to gradually grow into the backbone of promoting rural economic development， improve their comprehensive quality， eradicate their worries， establish and improve the relevant security system， and give full play to their main force to participate in rural governance， which has become an important guarantee for rural revitalization.
