河南省农村“两后生”职业培训研究

摘  要：在全面脱贫与乡村振兴做好接力跑的关键时期，增强乡村造血能力以提高其发展潜能成为首要之策。而在河南省农村仍存在大量的“两后生”，成为农村发展的限制因素。为进一步提高农村人力资源利用，推动乡村振兴，基于河南省农村“两后生”职业培训现状的分析，指出当前所面临的问题，并提出相应的对策。

Abstract： In the critical period of overall poverty alleviation and rural revitalization to do a good job in the relay run， to enhance the ability of rural hematopoiesis to improve its development potential has become the first and foremost policy. However， there are still a large number of "two undergraduates" in the rural areas of Henan Province， which has become a limiting factor for rural development. In order to further improve the utilization of rural human resources and promote rural revitalization， based on the analysis of the status quo of vocational training of rural "two undergraduates" in Henan Province， this paper points out the current problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.

“两后生”的职业发展不仅影响到个人，也关系地方社会的和谐发展，只有保证“两后生”健康成长，使“两后生”获得一份稳定工作，投入到社会建设之中，才能充分贯彻乡村振兴战略，促使地方社会建设稳步推进。（剩余6415字）
