新农科特色专业人才培养路径优化探析

摘  要：新农科建设立足现代农业产业发展，以强农兴农为目标，致力培养复合型和创新型的人才。该文通过对新农科内涵及新农科建设进展进行分析，从升级农业类专业和课程设置、打造一流师资队伍和实训平台、夯实学生农业情怀教育和培养学生的创新能力4个方面探索优化新农科专业人才培养路径的有效途径。

Abstract： The construction of new agricultural science is based on the development of modern agricultural industry， aims at strengthening agriculture and invigorating agriculture， and is designed to cultivate compound and innovative talents. This paper analyzes the connotation of new agricultural science and the progress of new agricultural science construction， exploring effective ways to optimize the training path of new agricultural professionals from four aspects， upgrading agricultural specialties and courses， building first-class teachers and training platform， fostering students' agricultural responsibility education and cultivating students' innovative ability.
